1. Admin Support - £5.35 p/h - Full time temporary position.
Full time temporary positions are available from the end of June to the middle / end of July - ideal for anyone saving to go on holiday or travelling. The position will involve carrying out closing inspections of properties and entering the data onto our computer system The hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

2. Lettings Negotiator- Part time position.
To start immediately, we need a negotiator to assist us on Wednesday afternoons and Saturdays showing potential tenants around our properties. You must be a confident person and a confident driver as it will involve driving a minibus, mainly around the Cathays and Roath area. Please contact sarah.plumley@pinnacle-group.com for more details.
