Sales and Lettings Negotiator - full time

We require a Letting/Sales Negotiator for our branches in Treforest. Duties will include meeting potential tenants at our offices and driving a company vehicle to view properties. Valuation of properties in terms of both rental and sales potential will be a key element and you will also be required to assist in the office, book appointments, set up contracts and general administration.

Skills
Experience in sales and lettings is essential, with an understanding of recent legislation. A background in customer service is required and you should have excellent people skills and have worked in a target driven environment.

You must hold a full clean driving licence.

Salary £14,000 to £15,000, and bonus payments subject to targets of an extra £3,000 to £5,000.
